BIOGRAPHY

I am a strong believer that with good balanced nutrition and a smart training approach any physique or goal is achievable. My ethos is ” The body achieves what the mind believes” and with the right mindset and with both commitment and hard work your vision can become a reality.

I am a results driven coach and passionate about technique, The approach is to develop a personalised training plan that supports both Health & Fitness. Through my own personal experiences in competitive sport and the use of different training methods I have developed a toolbox of different skills that will help us achieve the right results for you.

  • Premier qualified Kettlebell instructor
  • Premier qualified Circuit training instructor

How do you stay in shape?

For me it’s about enjoyment and progression. My average week consists of 4-5 resistance training sessions, of mostly compound lifts. Then either some low intensity conditioning like a morning run or I will throw in a High intensity conditioning session on a non resistance training day. I like to eat organic unprocessed food that’s packed with nutrients!
