BIOGRAPHY

For the last 15 years I have been an avid fitness enthusiast. Competing in a myriad of challenging events with an aim to keep myself stimulated, happy and in the best condition possible.

In the last 5 years I have taken my knowledge to the next level, with my focus on functional training systems, strength, conditioning, nutrition and mind set.

I possess the fundamentals to stay healthy, confident, energised and most of all, have fun! My aim is to help people achieve their goals in a sustainable way, giving them knowledge that can be taken and used as I have, to live, be strong, be lean and be the happiest version of you.

How do you stay in shape?

I vary my training throughout the year, keeping interesting and challenging. Primarily a combo of resistance and HIIT, changing if I’m training for a specific event. I also enjoy some cross country running and cycling in the summer months. The most important part is ensuring my diet is as clean as possible, keeping processed foods off the menu most of the time.
