Working with people to improve their everyday lives and long term physical health is an extremely rewarding part of my job. After a long day of stresses I enjoy the hour spent with my clients trying to make it the most enjoyable hour of their day.
I aim to continue my learning process as a personal trainer always trying to adapt and learn along the way to continue to improve my training techniques to provide my clients with up to date information. Giving them the tools to lead a healthy life.

How do you stay in shape?
My current training schedule is focused around boxing. I am passionate about boxing and enjoy to watch and take part in all sorts of sports. However, I do enjoy weight based training and strength and conditioning sessions. I enjoy walking to stay active. My diet is very balanced and healthy and is dictated at the moment as to what suits me best for boxing.
