My goal as your PT is to help you feel stronger, fitter and more confident.

Growing up, I was a keen dancer and horse-rider. Exercise has always been an important part of my life but it wasn’t until my twenties that I started to take weight training seriously. I soon developed a real love for it after seeing the results that hard work and dedication can bring.

I am now a level 3 qualified personal trainer, specialising in women’s fitness. Some people find lifting weights intimidating but it doesn’t have to be this way. I really want to make weight lifting accessible and enjoyable to everyone. It’s a safe and effective way to build lean muscle and shed body fat.

How do you stay in shape?

I stay in shape using weight training as it’s a more effective use of my time (and I don’t have to spend hours plugging away on the treadmill!) Less time doing more considered weight bearing exercises is much more beneficial. This, alongside balanced nutrition and good sleep hygiene, is what I prescribe for my clients too.
