Working as Personal Trainer,I have found that you can never stop learning. Knowing that there is no such thing as a go to -one size fits all -perfect training plan. I will spend a lot of time with a client figuring out what is going to be the most effective way of getting the desired results for them.It is then up to me, as the trainer to adapt and adjust proven training principles in a way that the client will stick to.
I consider that everyone will respond differently – both emotionally and physically to exercise and that creating training adherence is the priority.
I take great pride in my work and am confident in my approach.
