I help people who struggle with this whole losing weight and getting fit thing.

People who are fed up, depressed, annoyed with themselves at how they have let themselves slip.

People who have long term pain, niggles, injuries and are pissed off that nothing seems to get better.

People who have tried diets and programs and nothing seems to work, who need and want to find an answer.

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

‘Nothing had ever worked before. I didn’t stick to it so it didn’t work! Tony is great because he works with you. Yes you have to make changes but the changes fit my life and they worked. Here I am over a year later and the weight has stayed off ( 2.5 stone) and I now have the tools to keep it off too. This guy really knows his stuff, especially if you have an injury like I do. How do you stay in shape?

I struggle to be honest with you. I lift a few weights, do a little running, do a little yoga, do a little stretching, walking and playing not enough golf. I try and fit that into my busy life as best as I can.
